Hand2Mouth artists traveled to Egypt to collaborate with artists from Cairo-based Shake.Sphere Cultural Hub. The project brought together this cross-cultural team of theatre and music artists to co-lead the first international version of Hand2Mouth’s ‘Dialogue and Difference’ workshops for university students at a venue in central Cairo. The three day workshop culminated in an original devised theatre piece created and performed by the workshop participants. The lead artists also spent time developing ideas for a new bi-lingual live performance piece to be co-created in the future; on the theme of ‘Stories from Home’.  The in person portion of the project took place in November 2021.
