Natália works for CINEFIL and “Kino Úsmev” (Cinema Smile) in Košice, Slovakia. Natália was named in the Forbes 30 Under 30 Slovakia list in 2024. Natália studied International and European Law in the Netherlands, where she discovered a passion for human rights. Her expertise lies in organizing film events that promote tolerance and diversity, empowering marginalized groups like those with visual or hearing impairments, autism spectrum disorder, cognitive disabilities, and older individuals. Natália is passionate about organizing cultural and creative events, such as film screenings and festivals, and works to contribute to initiatives aligned with her values, such as human rights film festivals.

During her fellowship in Portland with Hand2Mouth, Natália focused on enhancing her leadership skills, designing effective training programs, and serving as an advocate for important causes, particularly focusing on promoting inclusion for vulnerable groups within communities. While in Oregon, Natália worked with other nonprofits including Outside the Frame, ReelAbilities and others.  Natália worked with her fellowship counterpart Daryna Shupyk to help H2M’s team create an interactive installation as part of H2M’s Home/Land exhibit at the Multnomah County Library. 

Upon her return to Slovakia, Natália implemented a comprehensive training program to empower cinema exhibitors, cultural professionals, and creative individuals in creating inclusive environments for marginalized communities. Her Community Action Project involved developing and implementing this program, drawing from her extensive experience in organizing inclusive film activities.
